Rights
over the Olympic Games

The Olympic Games are
the exclusive property of the IOC which owns all rights and data relating
thereto,
and without limitation, all rights relating to their rganization,
exploitation, broadcasting, recording,
representation, reproduction, access and dissemination in any form
and by any means or mechanism
whatsoever, whether now existing or developed in the future. The IOC
shall determine the conditions of
access to and the conditions of any use of data relating to the Olympic
Games and to the competitions
and sports performances of the Olympic Games. All profits devided
from the celebration of the Olympic
Games shall be applied to the dvelopment of the of sport. |
